Say “hey” to Executive Creative Director Jason Elm. He’ll be overseeing the entire San Francisco creative department, helping shape and push the work to be smarter, better, creativer. And don’t let his charming smile fool you. Those guns’ll get ya.
What has he done, you ask? Great question. Jason comes to us after leading creative at Kansas City independent agency Barkley. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at Deutsch’s Los Angeles office, working on Sony Playstation, Diamond Foods, and a ton of other well-known brands. Throughout his career, he’s also worked on brands like California Cheese, Coors Light, and Pop Secret, developing award-winning digital and viral campaigns. Oh, and this guy had three spots in the Super Bowl in one year.
Jason is already making a difference, helping shape new business pitches within his first two weeks. Having previously overseen a department of over 50 creatives, we’re confident he can handle all of our quirks without breaking a sweat.
