Heat is happy to announce the new hire of Strategy Director Molly Cabe. Molly will be lending her keen and penetrating strategic mind to help clients like Bank of the West and Hotwire.

Having originally studied cultural anthropology, Molly has always been interested in the way humans think and act. She got her start in advertising at a mid-size agency up in the rainy northwest before venturing to the city by the bay for more opportunities and more sun. After playing Goldilocks with different agency sizes and approaches, she feels like she’s found a fit with Heat. “Coming to Heat feels like coming home, with a tight-knit group of entrepreneurial people willing to take risks, create opportunities, and plan for success.”
Molly takes on every marketing challenge looking to leverage underlying behavioral motivations and has helped brands like Columbia Sportswear, Haagen-Dazs, Pup-Peroni, Cheetos, Airbnb, 1-800-Contacts, Skype and Adobe develop innovative solutions in strategy, creative and product along the way.
When she’s not in the office you can find her at the park across the street, trying to tire out her one-year-old cattle dog named Roxy.
