Jonathan “JB” Byrne has joined the Heat team as creative director. JB comes to us with agency experience from DDB San Francisco, Venables, Bell & Partners, and TDA_Boulder.
He’ll be working on well-established clients like Kendall-Jackson wines and Esurance and will also be taking the creative lead on a few new business endeavors this fall. “JB is an advertising veteran who can shape and protect the big ideas while not being afraid of innovation and new mediums. He puts in work, inspires, and is a team player. We’re really excited he’s joined us here at Heat,” says Executive Creative Director and Founder Steve Stone.
JB has won numerous awards for his work on brands like Audi, Slim Jim, Reebok, and Orville Redenbacher’s.
He’s a Seattle Seahawks fan (strike one), can cook a mean batch of pasta, and his biggest dream is to be in a cover band that only plays songs from Tom Cruise movie soundtracks. What’s not to love? Except for the Seahawks thing.
In addition to his hire, Heat has also added a number of new members to Heat family over the past week including Senior Writer Jon Korn, Social Media Manager Tristan Thornburgh, Social Media Specialist Tessa Paneri, Social Media Coordinator Megan Moran, and Production Designer Zach Moranville.
